Session 1 – Getting to KFP
Do you produce financial reports – the balance sheet and income statement – every week? Do you analyze sales, costs, cash flow, and debt every week? If not, you may be heading for the cliff.

KFP stands for Known Financial Position. A KFP is essential to your success and profitability. “Known” is the key element.

Session 2 – Where Did the Monday Go?
Business is booming. You're “busy”, but you're not exactly sure where the money went? This is not unusual.
In this session, you’ll continue to learn how to get to a Known Financial Position (KFP), by learning the simple process of reading your financials. The financial reports are the Scorecards in the game of business. You can always improve the score. But you must know where you are right now.
From this day forward, you will never have to be in the dark about your financials again.
Session 3 – How Much Should I Charge?
You want to make more sales and more money. Good for you. And it’s good business. Here’s the problem. More sales at a losing selling price is like cliff diving into a lake. You might not hit bottom, but if you do it’s going to hurt because you don’t know what’s below.
If you don’t know how much you need to charge, you can be tempted to lower your price. If you aren’t sure where the bottom of the lake is, you may risk it. If you do know, then you can confidently walk away from a sale if it’s going to cost you to make that sale.
In this session, Ellen will drill down and show you exactly how to set your selling price at a profitable level - and how to get that price!
Session 4 – Create a 12 Month Budget and a Weekly Financial Quick Check
Too many business owners are just months away from financial disaster because they don’t know!
Maybe you are struggling to get the financial information you need to make better, faster, more profitable decisions. This one-page report shows you where the money is, where it goes, and where you stand with your financial goals.
Ellen will show you how to use this tool once a month so you stay on track!
